I'm Seeid. I've been buying and selling laptops and phones since I was a student at the University of Pretoria back in 2016 — Facebook Marketplace, OLX, Gumtree, all of it.

In that time I've dealt with more scammers than I can count — devices that were nothing like their listing, sellers who disappeared the second payment landed. I've personally been scammed at least three times. And every year I've done this, it's gotten less safe, not more.

If your device develops a hardware or software fault within 30 days of collection — and it wasn't caused by mishandling — we repair or replace it at no cost. This warranty does not cover accidental drops, liquid damage, cracked screens, or any damage from reckless use. We inspect everything thoroughly before handover, so what you receive is exactly what we describe.
